Reduction of MPs:

• The number of MPs will be reduced to 400, ensuring each one makes a meaningful contribution to society.

• Attendance allowance, salaries, allowances, and travel expenses will be carefully scrutinised and adjusted within reasonable limits.

House of Lords Reform:

• The House of Lords: Preserving History, Empowering the Future, Saving Taxpayers Money.

• Unfortunately, the House of Lords, a self-appointed body with roots tracing back to the 14th century, has not fulfilled its potential.

• Footed by the taxpayer, it serves no substantial purpose and contributes little to society, will come to an end. 

• Long-serving members of the House of Lords will have the opportunity to offer their services voluntarily, out of love for their country, should they wish to do so.

• This isn’t about erasing our history; it’s about redefining it for the modern era. By transitioning the monarchy to a self-funded model, we honour its legacy while ensuring fairness for taxpayers. This is a monarchy that preserves its grandeur while embracing a sustainable, accountable future.

• Transition Period: Gradually phase out state funding over 5 to 10 years, giving the monarchy time to establish independent revenue streams.

World Health Organization Role:

• The World Health Organization will be replaced by Britain's own independent health advisory body, ensuring that our health policies are tailored to the unique needs and priorities of our people.

• Decision-making remains within our national framework, guided by the needs and priorities of our people.

 

Proportional Representation:

• The Party is delighted to support the adoption of proportional representation, and

• Ensure every vote counts equally, providing fair representation for all regions, especially those that have received less representation.

• Create a more democratic and inclusive electoral system that reflects the will of the people.

 

Accountability for Criminal Activity:

• Parliamentarians, and public searvents who engage in criminal activity, endanger public safety, and facilitate corruption will be held accountable.

• The Party is committed to ensuring that justice is served and will take decisive action to root out corruption and criminal activity: ​

• Assets acquired through illicit activities will be seized and transferred to the Social Wealth Funds. This law applies uniformly to Party Leaders and Representatives, ensuring that all are held to the same standard of accountability. Additionally, creating a transparent and fair system will help restore public trust and promote ethical behavior among those in positions of power.​​
